A dance plan, incorporating 6 dances which have been hand-picked to complement each other. Chosen for the way they introduce terms and figures incrementally, they are perfect for inducting a group into the world of ECD in 2-2.5 hours. It also includes a variety of figures and time signatures with 4 longways dances, 2 circle mixers and 1 waltz.
Six individual call sheets with notes on how to teach each figure, gleaned from years of experience teaching ECD to various ages of dancers.
A link to a Spotify playlist with 2-3 music tracks per dance to equip you for your entire teaching session.
